The fall 2025 Disney Pin Trading 25th anniversary event sold out within an hour after registration opened. Disney announced the event last month, with registration starting at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 12. By 1:15 p.m., Disney confirmed that the Jubilee packages were sold out. Later, at 1:59 p.m., the queue was reopened to allow guests to join a waitlist.
The event offered two packages: Celebratory and Jubilee. The Celebratory package cost $149 per guest. It included access to the trading area during check-in on September 19, admission to the event on September 20, and the opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (RSP) to purchase event pins before the main day. Guests also received access to trading activities with Disney and other attendees, opportunities to meet Disney Pin Partners, pin artist signings, and the chance to participate in on-site RSP or Pin Design Experience bidding. The package allowed one pin vending machine transaction and included limited edition commemorative gifts valued at about $100. These gifts featured a welcome pin with glitter and iridescent stone, a goodbye pin set with magnets, and an event lanyard with credential and PVC dangle.
The Jubilee package was priced at $269 per guest. It included all Celebratory benefits plus additional perks such as two pin vending machine transactions, early admission at event check-in on September 19 at 12:30 p.m., and 1.5 hours of early access to the event on September 20 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Jubilee guests also received priority processing for each round of the Random Selection Process and limited edition gifts worth about $175. These included the same welcome and goodbye pins as the Celebratory package, plus a special mini jumbo glitter pin exclusive to the Jubilee package.
Additionally, a Cele-BRUNCH-ion add-on was available for $119. This offered access to a private brunch on September 19 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Fiesta 6 Ballroom. Guests at the brunch received a limited edition commemorative gift pin, enjoyed a Pin Artist Mix & Mingle, and gained 30 minutes of early access to event offerings on September 20 from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The event will take place on September 20, 2025, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. A catalog of pins available for purchase at the event has been released.
