Pierce Brosnan is enjoying a special milestone in his career as he shares the screen with his sons, Dylan and Paris, in his latest film, The Unholy Trinity. The actor, known for his role as James Bond, has long had his children by his side on film sets. Now, they’re joining him in front of the camera, a moment Brosnan calls “a gift of time and memory.”
Dylan, 28, and Paris, 24, are both children of Pierce and his wife, Keely Shaye Brosnan. In The Unholy Trinity, Dylan plays a pastor, while Paris takes on the role of a character tied to one of Pierce’s rivals in the town of Trinity, Montana. The two often visited their father during the filming, leading the crew to suggest they take on small roles. For Pierce, the experience is especially meaningful as his sons, now adults, are starting to make their own marks in Hollywood.
“We always stayed together tight as a family unit during the days of James Bond, and now, as they’re older, they’re here making movies with Dad,” Pierce told People magazine, describing the experience as “a beautiful emotion.”
Recently, it was also revealed that Paris has joined a new project, Overhill Manor, starring alongside Indiana Jones actor John Rhys-Davies. The film, directed by Lance Clark, is a coming-of-age comedy about an unlikely bond between a troubled high school senior and a rebellious elderly war veteran. Paris has also expressed his initial hesitations about acting, admitting to People, “For the longest time, I didn’t really know how to respond to [the question of acting].” However, he found his role in The Unholy Trinity to be the perfect introduction to the industry, as it felt “so close to home and Dad, so there’s no pressure.”
The cast of Overhill Manor also includes Ozark’s Bethany Ann Lind and The Walking Dead’s Eric Mendenhall, among others.
Pierce’s wife, Keely, was quick to congratulate Paris on his acting debut, sharing the news on social media. Overhill Manor is expected to inspire audiences with its intergenerational story about connection, risk, and finding unexpected bonds.
Beyond acting, Paris is also passionate about art. In February 2025, he showcased his new works at the Rhythm and Reveries exhibition in Santa Monica, California. Pierce and Keely were there to support him, along with his girlfriend, Alex Lee-Aillon.
As for Pierce, seeing his sons grow and follow their passions, whether in film or art, is a testament to the strong family bond they’ve nurtured over the years.
