2026 Chrysler Pacifica 100th Anniversary Edition Is Carmakers Birthday Gift

by Lily Brown

Chrysler is celebrating a century of automotive innovation this week, marking the 100th anniversary of its founding on June 6, 1925. To honor the occasion, the company showcased a collection of its iconic vehicles, including the 1934 Chrysler Airflow, 1948 Town & Country, 1955 Chrysler 300, and the 1963 Chrysler Turbine, alongside various concept and production cars. As part of the centennial celebrations, Chrysler also unveiled a special edition of its popular Pacifica minivan, which has become a key part of the brand’s lineup since its debut in 2017.

The 2026 Chrysler Pacifica 100th Anniversary Edition is a limited-run model based on the Select trim. While the mechanical specifications remain unchanged, the vehicle features several design updates to mark the milestone. It is available in three exclusive colors—Red Hot, Bright White, and Hydro Blue—and includes distinctive touches such as Luster Gray polished wheels, semi-gloss Granite Crystal accents on the fascia and grille, and gloss black mirror caps. A special “Est. 1925” badge on the rear of the vehicle serves as a nod to the brand’s history.

Inside, the Anniversary Edition comes equipped with the Safety Sphere package, which includes advanced features like ParkSense front park assist and a 360-degree surround-view camera system. The vehicle also retains features from the Select trim, including Stow ‘n Go seats, power doors, and a 10.1-inch Uconnect touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The launch of the 100th Anniversary Edition coincides with the introduction of the 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select, giving customers additional options within the Pacifica range. The pricing for the 2026 models starts at \$42,465 for the Select trim, with the 100th Anniversary Edition priced at \$44,390. The AWD version is available for \$47,385, and the Plug-in Hybrid variant starts at \$52,565.

In addition to the new vehicle release, Chrysler has planned a series of events to celebrate its century-long legacy. On June 5, 1,500 employees gathered at the Chrysler Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, for a special photo shoot. The company also unveiled a time capsule replica of the toolbox used by Walter P. Chrysler early in his career, which contains rare Chrysler memorabilia and a list of participants in the photo shoot. Chrysler has promised more events throughout the summer, some of which will be open to the public, but it has not confirmed the release of any additional special edition models.

Despite the current focus on the Pacifica and Voyager, both of which are minivans, Chrysler enthusiasts are hopeful that the company will expand its offerings in the future, given the brand’s rich history with iconic models like the Imperial, LeBaron, and 300.
