Oxbridge Academy announced on Thursday that it has received a \$1.5 million donation from an anonymous donor to build a new baseball complex.
Dr. Ralph Maurer, Head of School, called the gift “extraordinary” and said it marks a pivotal moment for the academy. He expressed deep gratitude to the donor family, emphasizing that Oxbridge’s athletic program focuses not just on sports but also on character, resilience, and building a strong community. Maurer added that the new facility reflects the school’s commitment to excellence both academically and athletically.
The baseball complex will be constructed on the Oxbridge campus in West Palm Beach, with construction set to begin this fall.
Athletic Director Stan Ross described the new complex as a “game-changer” that embodies the momentum and ambition of Oxbridge athletics. He thanked the donor for their vision and generosity in making the project possible.
According to the school, the facility will feature modern amenities designed to support training, competition, and the overall development of student-athletes.
