Reapfold Properties Limited, a leading real estate firm in the Southeast, has gifted a luxury SUV to its marketing agent, Dr. Stanley Onunkwor, for reaching the company’s sales target of N120 million .
The company said the gift aims to motivate both its agents and customers, encouraging loyalty and dedication. The presentation took place at Peakcastel Hotel in Awka on Sunday.
Dr. Nonso Okafor, CEO of Reapfold Properties and former member of the Anambra State House of Assembly, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to its customers and investors in the Southeast states—Anambra, Abia, Enugu, Imo, and Ebonyi.
Okafor explained that the car gift was in addition to the 10 percent commission paid to Onunkwor for each plot sold. The gesture is intended to inspire all team members to strive for excellence.
He added that the company plans to continue rewarding employees and agents to help them build successful careers. Reapfold currently manages 10 estates, including five four-bedroom duplexes in Abuja.
“The car was presented to Dr. Onunkwor to recognize his dedication and honesty in selling company properties worth N120 million,” Okafor said. “This reward reflects our commitment to human capital development and promoting the real estate sector in Anambra State. We want to motivate upcoming realtors to work harder.”
Okafor also used the event to highlight the company’s focus on providing excellent service with transparency and integrity. “Our priority is customer satisfaction through reliable and innovative solutions,” he said.
In his acceptance speech, Onunkwor praised the company for keeping its promise. “I was told I would receive a car reward after becoming the company’s Grand Ambassador on December 14, 2024. Being recognized this way is inspiring and encourages me to work even harder,” he said.
The ceremony doubled as a summit featuring training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities under the theme “Empowered to Sell; Inspired to Succeed.” Sales expert Tony Nwose and digital marketing consultant Favour Kennedy led different sessions.
