Veteran actress and music icon Sharon Cuneta received a heartfelt surprise from her eldest daughter, KC Concepcion, on Mother’s Day. The “superstar” was touched and overwhelmed by the thoughtful gesture.
Sharon shared the moment on Instagram on Sunday, May 11, expressing her gratitude for KC’s carefully selected gifts – a bouquet of flowers, a pair of custom pearl earrings, and two handwritten letters.
“My KC @kristinaconcepcion sent me these flowers (there are flowers in the garden!) and this beautiful pair of earrings with the most beautiful pearls and four hearts for my four babies!!! The message on the card was very special to me too. Thank you Toot! I love you so much,” Sharon wrote in the caption.
The Instagram post, which showed photos of the flower arrangement, elegant earrings, and KC’s touching message, was a reflection of deep love and thoughtfulness.
KC founded her own jewelry brand, Avec Moi, in 2018, inspired by Parisian style and personal memories, especially those of her late grandmother, Elaine Cuneta. In one of her letters, KC explained the meaning behind her earrings:
“Dear Mom, I created these earrings for you as a symbol of our love for each other and the bond between you and your four children. Each heart represents us and is always with you. May these earrings always remind you of the joy and unconditional love that surrounds you.”
