Actress Ini Edo, a proud mother, shared a heartfelt message on social media expressing her deep love and gratitude for her daughter.
Posting photos of her “mini-me,” Ini Edo spoke about the strong emotions she feels every time she looks at her child.
She reflected on her journey to motherhood, admitting that she sometimes wondered why it took so long to have a baby. But, she said, like her name means—“God’s time”—she realized her daughter was meant to come into her life at the right moment.
“Every time I look at you, your loving and compassionate nature, your happy and vibrant self, I feel so many emotions. I ask myself, ‘Why did you wait so long?’ Then I understood that, as my name means, ‘God’s time,’ I was just waiting for you,” she wrote.
Ini Edo thanked God for fulfilling His promises through the gift of her daughter. “I am humbled and amazed at how you keep every promise you made to me. I want to share my joy and gratitude for the greatest gift—the gift of love wrapped in my little girl,” she added.
She also spoke about her strong faith and belief in prayer. She encouraged women who wish to become mothers, saying, “Motherhood is a promise to every woman who wants it, and God does not break His promises. Your time is near.”
